I am Sindiely THIAM, a young Muslim woman entrepreneur, Franco-Senegalese, navigating between France and Senegal. I come from two cultures that nourish my vision and shape my professional signature. As a coach, RNCP Level 6 certified trainer and consultant, I trained in professional coaching and training at a leading European institute. I specialize in supporting ambitious women through an approach rooted in strategy, transformation and excellence.
With over 12 years of experience in France in business development, particularly in the banking sector, I have developed in-depth expertise in relationship management, client experience and client satisfaction within the distinctive and demanding environment of the Swiss border region.
My career has also been enriched by the world of events, where I worked as a coordinator within a French educational program and as a project manager in Dakar for a gala celebrating women’s leadership, in collaboration with an African luxury concierge service.
